Truly, you have a great business model: phenomenal shopping(that alone is genius!) Great merchandise price; the selection is perfect and even with freaky pets tough to find you have not inflated your prices..check out amazon it is outrageous..they run their prices like the stock market..Amazon has completely lost me as a customer based on this, I am now searching smaller e-retailers and your store stands out among them. You well deserve to have your site publicized by word of mouth.

I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and I always take the time out to thank people for outstanding service.

Thank you very much for being such an upfront and honest salesperson. It was extremely difficult trying to find the MPP Frog. They were either sold out, or they weren't reasonably priced. I greatly appreciate that you were selling all of the authentic MPP animals for the same price and not taking advantage of consumers, especially for a child's gift. I'll admit that I was very skeptical at first, researching the difference between "My Pillow Pets" and "Pillow Pets", trying to find third party feedback, checking the Better Business Bureau, etc., knowing all too well that if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Thank you for being the exception.

Also, I appreciated your email indicating that the item would be delayed. After yesterday being a mail holiday, I was never expecting to see it today. When I showed it to my wife, she couldn't believe it and thought I spent $50+ on it. (I never told her how much) :)
