Your prices are great!  Are you selling real Webkinz?
Yes, of course!  We buy all of our Webkinz directly from Ganz, the company that makes Webkinz.  It is important to us to offer you a fair price, and we don’t believe in inflating our prices for hard to find Webkinz.  We think that just takes away the FUN!

It is an important question to ask, though.  Many of our competitors buy their Webkinz from re-sellers that they’ve never even met!

 

What is your shipping charge?
We keep it simple.  All orders ship for $1.99.

 

How do you ship so fast?
We have a great system in place to get orders out fast. Many orders placed go out same day or next day.

 

When will I receive my order?
Generally speaking, orders of 1 or 2 pets are mailed USPS First Class, and will be received in 1-5 days.  Larger orders are mailed USPS Priority and will be received within 1-3 days.  Very large orders may also ship UPS Ground and are received within 1-5 business days.  Because we ship from Iowa, right in the middle of the country you can bet your pets will arrive in the earlier side of those ranges.

Do you take pre-orders?
No, our products are only available for purchase once we have them in-hand. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you’ll be the very first to know when they’ve arrived.   If you don’t receive our newsletters, you can sign up on our home page.  If you’re still not receiving emails, make sure they’re not going into your spam account.  We only send out 1 or 2 emails per month, and they often include coupons!

We are classified as a “Gold Account” at Ganz.  That means we get the very first shipment of new Webkinz each month.  Be careful of any site that sells early.  Chances are they don’t have the product yet, and you’ll be stuck waiting for them to even get the product before they start shipping to you.  That just makes us sad!!!

In the very rare instance we sell-out of a item after your order is placed, we’ll quickly refund your money and ship the balance of your order.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.

Do you accept returns?

No, Because Webkinz and Tracksters are so special and come with their own unique code, all sales are final and returns are not allowed. We also strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you purchase an item that was not correctly represented on the website, we will correct the problem.

We’re real people selling a super cool toy and having a blast working with great customers! We’re a real family owned business on an old fashioned main street in Iowa.

Mike and Molly own the store, Carrie builds the website, and Eileen, Jen, Margo and Katie box ‘em up each and every day.
